These are natural raw crystals. They have not been polished or tumbled. I try to photograph/video every color variation on the crystals so you know exactly what you are ordering because these are raw crystals and there may be some attached stone or color variations. Bright lights used in some of the photography to show detail. Phone and monitor settings/resolutions vary and may make the photo colors differ slightly.

Shipping & Returns

-Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday ship next day except in the case of USPS holiday closures.
-Contact shop if there are any issues with your order.
-Earrings and custom orders can not be returned.
-To start a return for a refund contact shop within 3 days of order delivery.
-Return orders must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
-Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless return is due to an error of mine (i.e. I sent the wrong product).
-Original contents of package must be returned with no wear/tear.
-Refund will be issued only afer package is returned and inspected.
-A refund can only be issued to the original payment method/card. If you no longer have access to that payment method, then you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent.
-Once a refund is issued, length of time to recieve funds back will depend on card issuer.

Care Instructions

Apply make-up, hairspray and perfumes before wearing necklace. Try to avoid spraying perfumes where the pendant will lay. Remove before showering, swimming or exercise with excessive perspiration. Keep pendant out of direct sunlight if you're gonna be outside for an extended period of time. Pendant comes in a drawstring pouch that you can use to store it when you are not wearing it. Do not let pendant touch other metals. Be sure not to put any other jewelry or weight on top of pendant when not wearing it. Raw crystals can be fragile. Store in a cool, dry area that is not drafty.
